The book summed up meditation in a nutshell with a clear explanation of the chakras (energy centers) and the flow of the body’s internal energies. The book is about fine tuning the chakras of the body in the same way that a musician tunes his sitar to produce that balanced tone that sends anyone into a deep relaxed slumber. Meditation has worked for me, but on the rare occasions when I talk about it, I find myself focusing on the one result I haven't read or heard much about.
